Shipping Information
Please note that several of our shipping options have changed.
In order to serve our community better, we have added several new shipping options in the hopes of saving our members more of their hard-earned money.
- We have expanded our FedEx Ground/Home Delivery option to more states.
- We have expanded our FedEx Express Saver option to include all 48 contiguous states.
What does this mean to you?
Basically, this means that if you choose the least expensive option (currently the default), the items you have ordered may take three days to arrive instead of our previous guarantee of two days. This has two distinct implications:
- If there is a chance that your order will take three days from shipment to delivery, we will only ship it out on a Monday or Tuesday. This means that even if our posted “Next shipment day” is a Wednesday, your order will ship the following Monday.
- If your order takes until the third day to be delivered, there is a possibility that frozen products will not be completely frozen when they arrive, although there is also a very good possibility that they will still be partially frozen. If this is a significant concern to you, be advised that larger quantities of frozen product will stay frozen longer.
Although we have added and expanded our lower cost shipping options, we will still be offering our second day shipping services. The difference is that you will now need to intentionally select faster shipping in the checkout process yourself if you plan to make use of those options.
